Safety First Event Management is a professional event safety management company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We support organisers, venues, and contractors with structured safety planning,documentations such as the Event Safety Management Plan ( ESMP) Health and Safety risk assessment, reviewing of Method Statement, Contractor management, Compliance processes, Operational control, Health and Safety outsourcing services, crowd management, emergency escape with a focus in promoting the safety health and wellbeing of crew members for a safe and well-managed event deliverables.
We have created a user-friendly app that we use for our documentation process from the development phase to the demolition stage, in addition to a seamless event safety management system. Perfect paperwork is supplied to our back end and subsequently relayed to our client as part of the process. Observation reports, machinery checks, a quick safety induction QR Code registration process, and a QR Code created to report incidents quickly by anybody on site are all included in the app. This makes it possible for us to provide the client with a seamless safety operation.
